(1) Parcel and Letter-Post services are available to Myanmar、Bangladesh、Croatia、Vatican、Mongolia、Brunei Darussalam、Monaco、Morocco、Lebanon、Ecuador、Costa Rica、Mauritius、Tonga、Fiji、French Polynesia、Kazakhstan、Qatar、Georgia、Liechtenstein、Malta、El Salvador、Nicaragua、Maldives、Dominican、Guatemala、Azerbaijan、Paraguay、Côte d’Ivoire、St. Christopher and Nevis、Nepal、Tanzania、Madagascar、Congo(Rep.)、Belarus、Ukraine.
(2) Only Letter-Post service is available to Israel.
(3) Only mail items of Non-commercial bona fide gifts valued at 100 USD or less, Books, Document are available to United States.
(4) Only EMS Document Service is available to Hawaii.
(5) Only EMS Document Service, Letters, Postcards, Aerogrammes, Printed Matter, and Newspapers services are available to Guam.
(6) Only Letters, Postcards, Aerogrammes, Printed Matter, and Newspapers services are available to Puerto Rico、St. Lucia、Palau.
(7)The destinations do not include their territories or outlying islands.
