• This product is handmade/handcraft , please be gentle with it.
• Handmade product, please keep it in mind. It will contain small imperfections such as not symmetry, imperfection.
• Handcraft and it will break/brittle to do force it to turn in wrong direct or drop on the ground or heat on the part. We do not replace it.
• The image in the picture can be slightly different from the real product.
• Please notice that we are not responsible to the wrong size to your doll.
• Once you place your order, there is no cancellation and all payments are none refund.
• Working time is about 3-4 months. If there is delay *such as due to covid artist’s city get lockdown, rain season cause artist can paint products or family emergency…shipment will be delay* >>> we will have an announcement about it.
• We only ship in EMS.
