How to use

• Fox ears and tail is designed to match Volks DD/MDD heads
• White, Sky Blue and Pink are different fur fabric than others.
• We reserve the right to change materials and fabrics. Any updates will be communicated through email.
• It is handmade products, please be gentle with it
• The image in the picture can be slightly different from the real product.
• Please notice that we are not responsible to the wrong size to your doll.
• Once you place your order, there is no cancellation and all payments are none refund.
• Working time is about 3-4 months. If there is delay *such as due to covid artist’s city get lockdown, rain season cause artist can paint products or family emergency…shipment will be delay* >>> we will have an announcement about it.
• We only ship in EMS.
